The Rio Ferdinand Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of a new partnership with the international women's football agency, Tedeshi & Partners. 

Today's new partnership is dedicated to young females and the football industry. It allows both organisations to work together on projects that promote women's empowerment, leadership and physical and mental health and well-being. 

The partnership represents a series of leadership workshops and skills development sessions in communities across the UK and Ireland over the next 12 months. The programme tackles head-on the barriers hindering women's participation and encourages the development of women's football worldwide.

Backed by Tedeschi's worldwide network of 120 women's footballers, the partnership creates opportunities for young females participating in Foundation programmes to learn from Tedeschi and Partners ambassadors, discover their self-confidence and unlock their career goals.

Since 2013, from its offices in Napoli, London, Lisbon, and New York, Tedeschi & Partners have worked hard to develop women's football and forge relationships with likeminded organisations who share their values and believe in equality and the power of sport in inspiring young women to aspire to achieve.
