"Since 2013, when I've personally passed the exam to become a Football Agent, I've felt a growing need of changing the path around the idea of a Football Agent.
We are not a shark ready to bite, we will be the right person at the right time, we will put in contact the best players with the best clubs, creating the PERFECT MATCH between them.
Being an agent as always meant this to me. Be the right person, at the right time, at the right place.
In a growing perspective of Professionalization of the Woman Football worldwide, we are not applying a classical old fashioned approach of an Agency to our clients. For us, the moment of signing the contract is VERY important to us, but so is EVERYTHING else. Working with us means having an agency that will take care of you at 360 ° from a football aspect.
In 2022 we, the Stakeholders of the Industry, all know that a player cannot live basing her life only accordingly to the Woman Football Salaries, it is not enough to plan a life for when you decide to quit your career. This is why it is essential for us to offer as many additional services as possible to our clients, to prepare them one day in becoming sport directors, our fellow agents, scouts, club presidents or, from a different perspective, lawyers, doctors, architects or whatever.
We take care of our clients starting from their insurance, or giving them social&media coverage, passing through Universities plans and Sponsorships agreements. Our MAIN GOAL at Tedeschi&Partners is to achieve contractual equality between men's and women's football, equality which also means equal dignity, equal respect, equal rights.
